So Many Roads

Outdoor Therapy

The Mission

So Many Roads focuses on the healing power of nature and community by offering to take clients out of the office and onto the trails! We offer group and individual therapy to people of all ages to help connect with nature, manage stress, develop skills, navigate struggles, and facilitate change.

Why Nature Therapy?

Connecting with nature is essential to our well-being. Going outside increases a sense of vitality. We are indoors and alone more often than ever before. When we are outdoors and in movement, endorphins are released allowing stress to decrease. Cognitive functioning increases when outdoors and walking allows us to process more adaptively.

In-person Therapy & Remote Options

In-person sessions will be conducted outdoors on hiking trails or indoors at the office. In the event of inclement weather or depending on client preference, virtual sessions are available.

  • Outdoor Individual Sessions

  • Outdoor Group Therapy

  • Indoor & Online Sessions
